I solved my problem
what i did in my solution: flash:
1.open (Rockchip Batch Tool v1.7_tested)
2.hold volume down and power on until sound pop up then browse the driver in the Rockchip Batch Tool v1.7_tested folder till the phone connected and change the color of the prot to green.
3.browse the (firmware -fw_NT_SKYII_MK2_v4.1.1_(19.01.2013))
4.upgrade
4.upgrade

1.mobile on and connect to usb debug mode.
2.open (Eroot_V1.3.4_tested) and root.

2.off mobile
